I ordered this outfit and another at the same time. I realized once they came in that I had somehow ordered both of them without the Pom hats, which are what completes and makes the outfits. I contacted them via msg and let me tell you they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They said they would happily ship me the hats as well as for the price they would have been with the outfits. The hats were on back order for much longer than expected so she said she was just going to put them in my other order I placed. Wow! However these outfits are BEYOND what you see. They are soooo soft, sooo very well made and look as though you went to a very expensive boutique to purchase. I was going to wait till the baby was here to post pics but I’ll just add later. These will be super warm and snugly for holidays coming!
